The
Drumheller Church of the Nazarene was organized in 1913 after a
"coal miner’s revival" series. The faithful, continual support of
many families has kept the door open ever since.

We moved
from our location on 5th Street to our present location
in the fall of 1996.

We
renovated a 40 year old school building into a very functional
sanctuary/ hall/ children’s ministry facility.

In
the spring of 1998 we built again. Hundreds of volunteer hours have
gone into, and continue to go into this project. We dedicated it to
God and His ministry Thanksgiving of that same year.
We hope
that you enjoy your worship here with us. The Drumheller Church of
the Nazarene is presently experiencing some of its best years.
However, we must never forget the faithfulness of both pastoral
families and the parishioners who have faithfully continued this
ministry through the years.
We, the people in Canada
called Nazarenes, commit ourselves to obeying the Father, honouring
the Son, and living in the Spirit by engaging in effective
evangelism, experiencing and promoting the holiness lifestyle, and
raising a generation of competent and Spirit filled leaders.
